March 14, 2012 9:20 pmAre you looking for a way to get that lackluster skin whipped into shape….the easy way? Well I’ve got your exfoliater right here! If that your skin is looking a bit lackluster and you want to give it an immediate boost all you have to do is follow the steps below for my very own 360 Skin Body Scrub. You’ll see a difference immediately.
360 Skin Body Scrub:
Makes 3 Cups
Approximately 3 treatments
Ingredients:
1 Cup of finely grained sea salt
1 C of finely ground coffee (Starbucks gives their used grounds away for free!)
1/2 C of sunflower oil
1 Tsp of eucalyptus essential oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the salt, coffee, sesame oil and eucalyptus oil then transfer to a designated container with a lid. Use the scrub in the shower away from running water. Massage into damp skin with long, firm semi-circular movements. Take your time in order to activate all of the ingredients. Rinse well.
It’s best to store the leftover scrub in the refrigerator in an air-tight container. This scrub can be used 3-4 times per week.
Sea salt is used to exfoliate the skin, while the coffee grounds help firm the skin and fight cellulite. Sunflower oil is an important ingredient because it nourishes, hydrates, and softens your skin. Finally, the eucalyptus oil provides oxygen to the skin.
Use it and let me know your thoughts!
